Online Pricing Policy for Hahn's World of Surplus, No. Las Vegas:
All prices shown on hahnsurvival.com are valid for online purchases only.
Terms of Service:
We may have to edit or cancel your order. No sale is final until processed. We will contact you to approve any changes to an order before processing. Because of high risk of FRAUD with internet sales, we will no longer accept sales that our gateway provider deems HIGH RISK. For overseas purchases, you may need to call for a pre-authorization from your credit card company to avoid being a HIGH RISK transaction.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the ever changing tax structure to many countries: Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. SHIPPING IS THE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY (example of a shipping company recommended to use - FED EX). Hahn's World of Surplus & Survival will work with the buyers shipping company to complete the order and all shipping charges, import duties, taxes etc. the buyer will pay the shipping company directly (any shipping charges from our site will not be charged). All overseas shipping/charges for items sold on Ebay will be handled through Ebay's GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM.
Sale of U.S. Military Equipment:
Some items from our selection of authentic military gear are export RESTRICTED. To ensure we do not make a mistake and export one of these items, our policy is to only ship U.S. Military items domestically. We will not send any item issued by the U.S. Military to any foreign country.
Errors on Our Site:
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Hahn's World of Surplus (Hahn's Survival) reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hahn World of Surplus (Hahn's Survival) will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due
to our error.

Refunds:
Anything purchased new must be returned in the same condition (not used). All refunds of items will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Any sale of used items and collectable items are non-refundable (No Refunds).
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hahnsurvival@gmail.com and send your item to: Hahn's World of Surplus, 2908 East Lake Mead Blvd, Nevada US 89030.
Shipping:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five, ten or fifteen days (delays in shipping may occur due to corona Virus) days of purchase unless a complication with the order arises. If a complication arises which will delay shipping we will notify the customer ASAP. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hahn's World of Surplus, 2908 East Lake Mead Blvd, Nevada US 89030. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
Shipping costs are standard UPS or USPS while Handling costs are based on per item, usually 1% of the cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged the current sales tax.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.PLEASE NOTE: Pictures may not exactly match the item you receive. There may be color or texture variations and if they are Surplus or Used item there can be other minor differences from the pictures. All Used and Surplus items are sold AS IS. Orders shipping ground TYPICALLY ship within 1 to 7 business days if the merchandise is in stock. If the merchandise is not in stock we will notify you via your email or call and do our best to keep you informed of the ETA for the merchandise. We stock 95% of all merchandise represented on this site.
We are a brick and mortar store as well and retail purchases can account for some merchandise being temporarily out of stock. Also, as a brick and mortar store we may from time to time have sales that occur only in the store and/or sales that occur only online.
