Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hahn's World of Surplus & Survival (hahnsurvival.com). We appreciate your business and will do everything in our power to make your experience a pleasant one.

We sip items out as soon as possible, but if an item is out of stock, it may take longer to ship. Typically, if the item is in stock it takes 2-3 days to process the order and get it shipped. Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and not including holidays and weekends. If the item needs to be ordered prior to shipping, typically it takes an extra week to handle. There are rare occasions where a vendor may be out of stock on a product and we will do everything in our power to give the customer an ETA on the item by calling or emailing the details.

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

We typically will ship the item the least expensive way possible to keep the shipping costs down for our customers. If we are able to find a less expensive means of shipping, we will always cut the cost to the customer to accommodate the difference. Shipping in the system is an estimate and is calculated using a standard USPS or UPS calculation table. There are rare occasions where shipping costs may run much higher than the system calculates. In that event, we will contact the customer to arrange additional payment for shipping costs or cancel the order.

Any import duties, VAT, Tariff, Duty Taxes, Handling fees, Customs Clearance Charges, Brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift or with altered prices. – We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.

International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.

Hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally: Also, there are items on the site that we are not able to ship (smoke grenades for example). The purchaser would need to make arrangements for the pickup and delivery of any of these items (noted on each item on the website). Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restriction and/or country restrictions.
