This is a 1918 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Compass. The compass does not work anymore. It must have been dropped at some time in it's life because the crystal is damaged both inside and on the cover. It measures 2" in diameter. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Compass Date 1918. Rare U.S. Army compass, stamped "C E No. 47691, 1918, U.S. Engineers Corps".
Features of the Compass:
- Condition - Good to Very Good - w/some signs of age (broken crystal)
- Compass is fully working with a nice patina
- On back: "C-E" "No 47691" "1918"
