Interested in WWI history well then this is a good find. This WWI Honorable Discharge paperwork in its original leather case and copy of a relative (maybe a son, grandson or great grandson's birth certificate are in fantastic condition. The two pieces were closed up together and sold to us together, along with a copy of the instruction relative to applying for adjusted compensation. I don't know the total story behind the grouping - I wish I did. The person who was honorably discharged was Fred M. Spear and the certificate of birth is for Fred Doyle Spear son of Fred Milton Spear. Great addition to any collector's collection. This collection of paperwork has been sealed in plastic (not laminated) to help protect them from the air and stored for years in a display cabinet in our store.
