Online Pricing Policy for Hahn's World of Surplus in North Las Vegas:
All prices shown on hahnsurvival.com are valid for online purchases only.
Terms of Service:
We may have to edit or cancel your order. No sale is final until processed. We will contact you to approve any changes to an order before processing. Because of high FRAUD with internet sales, we will no longer accept sales that our gateway provider deems HIGH RISK.
PLEASE NOTE: Pictures may not exactly match the item you receive. There may be color or texture variations and if they are Surplus or Used item there can be other minor differences from the pictures. All Used and Surplus items are sold AS IS. Orders shipping ground TYPICALLY ship within 1 to 7 business days if the merchandise is in stock. If the merchandise is not in stock we will notify you via your email or call and do our best to keep you informed of the ETA for the merchandise. We stock most of all merchandise represented on this site.
We are a brick and mortar store in No. Las Vegas as well and retail purchases can account for some merchandise being temporarily out of stock. Also, as a brick and mortar store we may from time to time have sales that occur only in the store and/or sales that occur only online.
Order Confirmation & Identity Verification:
To ensure the safety of your credit card when purchasing online, Hahn's World of Surplus does not see your full card number. Only Low Risk credit card transactions will be accepted. Our gateway provider, Hearland Payment Systems determines the credit card risk and identity verification on our behalf.
Sale of U.S. Military Equipment:
Some items from our selection of authentic military gear are export restricted. To ensure we do not make a mistake and export one of these items, our policy is to only ship U.S. Military items domestically. We will not send any item issued by the U.S. Military to any foreign country.
Errors on Our Site:
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Hahn's World of Surplus (Hahn's Survival) reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hahn World of Surplus (Hahn's Survival) will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Used and Collectable items are sold AS IS and are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hahnsurvival@gmail.com and send your item to: Hahn's World of Surplus, 2908 East Lake Mead Blvd, Nevada US 89030.
Shipping:
We do not use Express Shipping. We do have Priority Shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
