I think this is a large thin metal Challenge Type Coin. Really cool and great addition to any collector. Came from a collector of Russian, Polish and other Yugoslavian country military memorabilia.

- On Back: "NAUKA I SŁUŻBA OJCZYŹNIE" (Science and Service to the Homeland) and an open book and cross cannons
