United States Marines Officers Mameluke Military Sword and Matching Scabbard made by NS Meyer Inc. in West Germany on an unknown date. This Sword is Certified by the USMC with the Spine reading "USMC App. Serial # 322." On one side of the top of the Hilt is the NS Meyer's Mark of a Shield and Squirrel reading Conqueror with word Trade above and Mark Below. Further down is printed West Germany. On the opposite side is a gold seal imprinted with the word "Proven". Both sides of the Stainless Steel blade are ornately etched with a blank area where the original owners name is engraved (Gregory I Farm), along with USMC insignia and the words "United States Marines". I put a picture up showing the two sides with the engraving which is simply stunning - perfect shape.
