Vintage Kelton Traveling Watch without Case

Kelton Traveling watch is mechanical, made in the U.S. A. and normally comes in a leather case case but this one is without the case. To the best of my knowledge the watch is working but I don't know if it keeps good time. The face is in great shape but the housing has patina and signs of wear. I have not opened the watch to inspect the interior. Great addition to any anybody's collection.
