Great patch for anybody's collection. This patch has been stored in our collection for many years with all other Military/Police patches. Looking for patches that can be used for Halloween costumes or fun. Here it is. Patches are for collecting purposes, convey no authority and are only meant to be a display and/or collector's item. It‘s NOT a badge or badge patch, and does not give the owner any authority.
